Post2X is a social media content creation and scheduling platform that provides AI-powered post generation, viral score predictions, and suggestions for improving social media content engagement across multiple platforms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Post2X. By using our service, you grant us permission to analyze your content to provide scoring and suggestions. We do not store or share your content beyond the analysis process.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not store personal data unnecessarily. Authentication is handled through Supabase and Twitter/X OAuth. Content submitted for analysis is processed temporarily and not permanently stored. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscription and Payments

Post2X offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. Limitation of Liability

Post2X provides suggestions and scores based on algorithmic analysis. Results are not guaranteed and should be used as guidance only. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from following our suggestions, including but not limited to account suspensions, reduced engagement, or any other consequences on third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Post2X for:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Generating harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violating any third-party rights or platform terms of service
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit our systems

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Post2X platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
